TCM Dealer Conference – Madrid 2022

In early November, Barek Lift Trucks travelled to Madrid for the 2022 TCM Dealer conference with participants from Europe, African and Middle East. After a 2 year break following the Coronavirus, it was great to meet up with fellow TCM distributors and dealers from around the World again.

Firstly, some key historical facts:
– In Japan in 2017, TCM, Nissan, Nichiyu and Mitsubishi merged together into one company called Logisnext Group.
– In Europe The Logisnext Group includes other brands such as Rocla – Automated Guided Vehicles.
– The Logisnext Group combined represents the 4th largest manufacturer of Materials Handling Equipment in the World with over 65 years of industry experience. They have 3 production factories in Europe (Spain, Finland and Sweden) and other factories in Dalian, China and Houston, USA.

The Company President & CEO Kazumasa Saito, along with the Logisnext Senior Management team provided great insight into:
– The industry development and Global trends
– The growth of ‘Electrification’ and Lithium Battery Technology.
– Automation (AGVs) and our product offering.
– New product releases, production synergies and parts development.
– Digitalisation of everything!

I will expand on these very important topics over the coming weeks and months.

It was a great few days and we were very encouraged by the Global strength and depth of the TCM brand and the exciting new era ahead.
